This is followed by practical training and breathing exercises on the sea surface.Beginners are then taken underwater one by one for their first dive experience. A gradual descent with regular pauses at each meter allows you to feel confident and comfortable in the water. At a depth of around 4 meters, you reach the seabed where you can feed the fish while the second instructor takes photos and videos (optional purchase).By this point, you will feel relaxed, confident, and ready to explore at a slightly deeper level (maximum depth for beginners is 7 meters). Your instructor carefully adjusts your buoyancy to keep you stable at the required depth.Certified divers, escorted by their buddy instructors, can enjoy deeper dives depending on their certification level. Kuşadası offers excellent diving opportunities, including underwater caves, reefs, and wreck sites for experienced divers.
