Plans change. That's why we designed our cancellation terms to be as transparent and flexible as possible. The terms below apply to all day tour, package tour, boat trip, and safari bookings.
Free cancellation — up to 24 hours before
No fees apply for cancellations made more than 24 hours before the tour start time. Any payment due for refund will be returned via the original payment method within 7 business days.
Late cancellation — less than 24 hours
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the start time are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking fee; the remaining 50% covers operational costs.
No-show
Guests who cannot be reached at the agreed pickup point after a 15-minute wait are not eligible for a refund. If you think you'll be late, please call us as early as possible.
Company-side cancellations
For tours cancelled due to weather, equipment failure, or other reasons within our responsibility, you are offered (a) a full refund or (b) a free reschedule.
Cruise time guarantee
We give a written on-time guarantee for return to your ship on shore excursions. If a delay caused by us makes you miss the ship, we cover transport to the next port of call.
