By visiting sightseeinginkusadasi.com or purchasing a service, you accept the following terms. Please read carefully before booking.
1. Parties
This agreement is between SightSeeing Kuşadası Turizm Ltd. Şti. ("the Company") and the person using our site or purchasing a service ("the Customer").
2. Booking and confirmation
Online form bookings are requests. The Company confirms availability within 24 hours via email or your selected contact channel. Unconfirmed requests do not constitute a binding contract.
3. Pricing and payment
Prices on the site are indicative; the final price is stated in the confirmation email. Individual tours require no prepayment — payment is made in cash or by card to your guide on the day. Agency partnerships use bank transfer.
4. Customer responsibilities
The Customer must provide accurate, current information at booking. They must be ready at the agreed pickup point at the tour time; after a reasonable 15-minute wait, the tour may proceed without them.
5. Force majeure
For tours cancelled due to weather, natural disaster, epidemic, strike, government ban, or other causes outside the Company's control, the Customer is offered a full refund or a reschedule.
6. Limitation of liability
The Company is not responsible for unavailability, third-party service interruptions (e.g. museum closures), or losses caused by the Customer's own negligence. All our vehicles are insured.
7. Intellectual property
All texts, images, logos, and content on the site belong to the Company; unauthorized use is prohibited.
8. Changes
The Company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice. The current version is always published on this page.
9. Governing law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts of Kuşadası have jurisdiction over any disputes.
