This Privacy Policy explains how SightSeeing Kuşadası Turizm Ltd. Şti. ("the Company", "we") processes our customers' personal data in accordance with Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law ("KVKK") No. 6698 and the relevant EU GDPR provisions.

During booking we collect your full name, email, phone number, and optionally your pickup point (hotel name, cruise ship, etc.). When visiting our website, we may also collect IP address, browser information, and cookie data.
2. How we use the data
To confirm and manage your booking, communicate before/after the tour, provide customer support, issue invoices, comply with legal obligations, and improve our service quality.
3. Who we share data with
We share your data only with third parties strictly necessary to deliver the tour (guide, transfer provider) and with public authorities upon legal request. We do not sell data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Retention period
Booking records are kept for 10 years to comply with financial regulations. Data processed for marketing is deleted immediately upon withdrawal of your consent.
